Smoky. Smoky affair
Exactly one ingredient of this sauce is smoked over beech wood, which is enough to give it a wonderful smoky flavor that does not impose itself. Beech is excellent for smoking food, because through it you can achieve a balanced aroma. It is not for nothing that it is the most used tree for smoking. To achieve the desired result in the smoking process, the wood is dried beforehand, otherwise the right kind of smoke can not be produced. The flavor created in this way goes great with the strained tomatoes that serve as the base for this sauce. To thicken the sauce, dried fruit is added, thus saving unnecessary thickeners.
The sauce harmonizes super with soy products and is generally in the meatless cuisine the hit.
