Fine is not, as you might suspect, a woman. The name stands for a whole team. We run a farm with fields around it and a beautiful herb garden in the middle of Mainfranken. We sow, harvest, pluck, dry, cook, season, pickle – without pesticides, without flavour enhancers, without any chemicals at all. Just like the farmers used to work – at the time when many women were called Fine. That’s why we chose this name. We think Fine products taste the same. Try it. Then you will understand what we mean.
