Try this unique and tasty salt blend of beet and horseradish from Nicolas Vahé. The salt mixture consists of sea salt, beet and horseradish and gives your dishes something special. The salt is perfect for dishes with beef and fish, try it also once with sushi! In the practical ceramic mill you can grind the spices very fine. This releases oils that bring even more flavor and aroma to the plate.
