The fruit originates from the Andes of South America!
We get the organic peanut from an organic young farmer from the Weinviertel, whose organic peanut would even be named Product of the Year in Austria in 2022. We are happy about this award with him!
We are extremely happy to produce a distillate from these rare peanuts and thus draw attention to peanut cultivation in Austria.
Thus was born our distillate from miraculous underground fruits!
The nose captivates with delicate aromas of fresh, untreated roasted peanuts. With its mild nutty flavor, this creamy spirit melts very smoothly on the tongue and is somewhat reminiscent of cocoa beans.
Here we use the method of spirit production, the peanuts are roasted, soaked in alcohol (macerated) and distilled after several months.
This liquor has 35% alcohol volume, so that the variety of flavors on the palate can also spread for a long time to be remembered.
We use only the pure fruit, no artificial flavors or colors.
