Potatoes go well with almost all dishes. The preparation of the great tubers is varied and diverse. Whether baked potatoes, fried potatoes or as a main dish with delicious herb curd: potatoes are particularly popular in Central European cuisine. Our potato seasoning with rosemary, parsley, caraway, pepper and nutmeg turns a simple dish into a real taste sensation. You can simply sprinkle it over the finished cooked potatoes, add it to your potato salad or mix it with some olive oil for marinating. Pour the marinade over the raw potato wedges (sweet potatoes are yummy too!) and pop them in the oven. The crispy potato wedges become your new favorite dish with Auntie Fines KARTOFFELHELD. The spice for potatoes also turns rösti, fried potatoes or homemade fries into a fine taste experience.
In fact, the spice mixture tastes really great not only with potatoes, but also with vegetables. Or in stews and (potato) soups. And if that’s still not enough for you: then you can make a delicious dip from the potato spice in no time.
Of course, we do without any additives in our KARTOFFELHELDEN. In the mixture – as with all spices from Tante Fine – only natural ingredients are used. Rosemary, parsley & Co. are plucked by hand and gently dried. Ready mixed they come with much love in the typical Tante Fine vials. And you can taste that too. Promised.
