Dove Bavarian BIO Dry Gin

TAUBE Bavarian Dry Gin is our Bavarian interpretation of gin. From 17 selected botanicals, a unique gin of the highest quality is created in a wood-fired copper still in small batches with a lot of passion and handwork. The interplay of exquisite juniper berries, native lavender, grapefruit, hops, basil and fine raspberry notes determines the floral-spicy character with a fine citrus note. The tasteless and light-protected storage in the stoneware bottle makes this gin a typical Bavarian unique.
And best of all, even after the last drop of gin has been consumed, the bottle can continue to be used sustainably either by refilling it or as a chic decorative object.

Behind Squeaker Drinks are six friends who are passionate about drinking gin in all its different variations. Fabian, the master chemist with excellent expertise in distillation technology, had the idea in early 2020 to develop a gin inspired by our Bavarian homeland. And volià, combined with the fine senses of selected summeliers was born the ‘TAUBE Bavarian Dry Gin’.
TAUBE not only refers to the bird made of botanicals on the front of the bottle, but is also Fabian’s last name.
