Ingredients: (for 14 balls)
- 30 ml Gimber S°1 Sweet Lilly
- 5 dates (120 g)
- 50 g pecans
- 30 + 50 gr hemp seeds
- 10 gr coconut flakes
- 1 lemon peel
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- a pinch of sea salt
Preparation:
First, put the pecans in a food processor and chop them very finely.
Add the dates, 30 g hemp seeds, coconut flakes, Gimber Sweet Lilly, salt and vanilla extract (optional). Mix until the mixture becomes crumbly and begins to stick.
Form bite-sized balls with your hands and roll the balls in the hemp seed/zest mixture.
Store in a box and keep in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in the freezer for a few months.
