Magical. Unicorns in the kitchen
Unicorns with delicious cinnamon flavor literally gallop out of the oven. In this baking mix, einkorn, beet sugar and cinnamon come together and, with 100g of butter, coconut oil or margarine, form the basis for tasty crispy cookies that bakers big and small can cut out with the enclosed unicorn mold. The dough makes about 35 to 40 cookies, so two baking sheets full of magical treats.
Chiemgaukorn is concerned about sustainable field cultivation, which means a crop rotation that ensures biodiversity. The einkorn contained in this mix comes from the manufactory’s own organic fields in Chiemgau. The grain is one of the oldest cultivated cereals, has a light yellowish color and sweet-nutty aroma. The cinnamon used is high-quality Ceylon cinnamon, which brings a much finer aroma compared to the cheaper and much more widespread in the food industry Cassia cinnamon.
If you’re not too much of a unicorn fan, you can also try the chocolate fortune cookie mix with the matching cookie cutter.
