Hand processed from natural truffle oil, almond, olive oil, Grana Moravia, salt, parsley and real truffle – more precisely the so-called summer truffle, also called Scorzone in Piedmont – this pesto is ideal for enhancing sauces, pasta, soups, risotto and egg dishes. Preservatives are not included: Instead, fine olive oil from the north of Italy provides the shelf life.
