Only a few, but best ingredients are used in the production: olive oil, capers, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, pine nuts, and lemon juice. Add a little salt and hand-cut Grana Moravia, a hard cheese that is still handmade according to ancient techniques. The Paradeiser Pesto from the Grossauer manufactory gets its long, natural shelf life from high-quality salt and fine olive oil. Not only with pasta, but also with bruschetta and mozzarella a real pleasure!
