A dip that enhances almost all dishes. Especially goes perfectly with meat, baked potatoes, vegetables & bread.
Simply mix 1-2 teaspoons with 200g of crème fraîche (also sour cream or yogurt), allow to steep briefly, refine with extra virgin olive oil, mix again and enjoy.
