Our Tranquility variety brings you the calming taste of a lonely forest meadow with the wild plants lemon balm, oat herb, valerian root and spruce shoots in your glass.
Natural cloudy apple cider vinegar is a millennia-old fermented home remedy. We use it in its most natural, unpasteurized form.
Raw honey, obtained from beekeeping in accordance with the nature in Brandenburg. It still contains all its valuable substances and preserves the wild herbs in a natural way.
Lemon balm smells and tastes delicious. In the Middle Ages, it was grown by decree in every monastery garden. We understand!
Oat herb is the medicinal plant of the year 2017. The above-ground parts of the oat harvested shortly before full bloom are used.
Valerian root is harvested from September. The freshly dug roots are washed and coarsely chopped before they are put into our barrels.
Spruce shoots are the young ends of spruce branches. They have a lighter color than the rest of the needles. Good mnemonic: “The spruce stings, the fir doesn’t.”
