The hazelnuts for this brandy come from Piedmont. They are roasted and chopped to reveal the full flavor. The hazelnuts from Piedmont are slightly larger compared to the ordinary hazelnut. They have a little more edges and taste greener, more intense and masculine. On closer inspection, one would almost think that the hazelnut from Piedmont has a bit more muscle, not only in terms of aroma but also in terms of appearance. Fittingly, the label also shows the adult Fräulein Brösel.
The method of spirit production is used here, the hazelnuts are roasted, soaked in alcohol (macerated) and distilled after several months.
This liquor has 35% alcohol volume, so that the variety of flavors on the palate can also spread for a long time to be remembered.
Only the pure fruit is used, no artificial flavors or colors.
