Blueberries, in some areas also called blueberries, taste simply delicious and undoubtedly belong to the particularly healthy berries. Since they contain a high amount of vitamin C and are good for digestion, they are generally very popular.
Can you improve this taste by adding alcohol? After a few attempts, we came to gin at Marmondo and now answer this question quite clearly with yes! The taste of the gin, which is essentially distilled from juniper berries and contains some herbs, just rounds off super.
As with our other jams and jellies with alcohol, we have chosen a high-quality companion for the good berries: quadruple distilled London Dry Gin with 47% alcohol, which tastes much smoother than those from the supermarket with less alcohol.
