Raspberry. Summer on the tongue
Raspberries harvested in Baden-Württemberg are macerated by hand and then distilled, the end result is an intense fruit spirit that conjures up the flavors of summer in our mouths no matter what month it is. Now some may ask, “All well and good, but what is maceration?” During maceration, fruits are placed in neutral alcohol, as in this way the respective aromas can pass into the alcohol in full expression. With the help of this method, fruit spirits are made. The situation is different with fruit spirits, such as Stilvol’s Golden Pear, in which the pear’s own fructose ferments, producing alcohol. In the case of Garden Raspberry, you end up with a mild spirit at 40% vol. that tickles the taste buds with its full-fruity flavor.
For those who want to enjoy the garden raspberry not pure, but in a mixed drink, Stilvol has a guide for raspberry tonic up its sleeve:

Stir and serve on ice cubes. Garnish with fresh raspberries or lemon.
