Berry. Sugar sweet promise
In addition to the garden raspberry spirit, the Stilvol manufactory from Baden-Württemberg also produces wonderfully fruity liqueur from regional raspberries. This is not only outstanding in terms of taste, but also in terms of the beautiful, deep red coloring a real feast for the eyes. This is created by the natural colorants in the raspberry.
The difference between Stilvol raspberry brandy and raspberry liqueur lies mainly in the addition of sugar. A liqueur should contain at least 100g/l to be allowed to call itself such. In contrast, only a maximum of 10g of sugar per liter may be added to spirits or brandies. In most cases, liqueurs also have a lower alcohol content than spirits; this one, for example, is 19% by volume.
For those who have acquired a taste for it, the Stilvol clique has a recipe for delicious raspberry spritz ready, give it a try!
