Sugary-cinnamony, sweet and as sticky as possible – the pride of our wonderful Hanseatic city and loved worldwide: The Franzbrötchen!
With our new Franzbrötchenlikör FRANZI now a liquid monument is set to the splendid Plunder. The world’s first French roll liqueur for crumb-free French roll enjoyment at any time. The cream liqueur transports the typical French roll flavors with a velvety smooth texture! Cinnamon must not be missing on any real French roll, but caramelized sugar, butter, tea flavors and a hint of vanilla are also clearly tasted. In fact, as with any good recipe, there are one or two secret ingredients that round out the world’s first French roll liqueur!
The development of the Franzbrötchenlikör with the beloved taste took almost four years, but now we are proud as punch about FRANZI and want to pour you properly.
How it came about:
We have been working on this fine cream liqueur with an alcohol content of 15% and the unmistakable taste of fresh French rolls for almost four years. As self-confessed Franzbrötchen lovers and the makers behind the grain and liqueur brand NORK, we have been trying to bottle the unmistakable taste of our beloved Franzbrötchen for a long time. After many attempts we finally succeeded and we are proud to present the result to Hamburg and the rest of the world. The final solution to the puzzle was the decision to make the crumb-free version of the cream-based classic. French rolls are and remain a greasy affair. And the cream liqueur transports the typical French roll flavors with a velvety smooth texture superbly! In addition to cinnamon, caramelized sugar, butter, tea flavors and a hint of vanilla, there are – as with any good recipe – one or two secret ingredients at play to round out the world’s first French roll liqueur!
One thing is clear: the original simply belongs in Hamburg. Whether with friends for breakfast, with mom and dad at the coffee klatch or simply in between. All the nicer that you can now enjoy it as a digestif on the balcony, with friends in your new adopted home or as a warm-up drink on the Hamburger Berg. Exactly like this and exactly where the world’s best Franzbrötchenlikör should be used – namely everywhere!
