COFFEE ENJOYMENT. ESPRESSO LIKE IN THE ITALIAN BAR
Despite the fact that the Bialetti Brikka does not build up more pressure inside than the Moka Express and is therefore just as far from classic espresso machines, behind which there is many times more bar, this stove can produce a wonderful crema. A silicone membrane integrated into the rising column allows this amber foam to be created.
STRESSFREE. EASY HANDLING
The Brikka comes with a separate cup that can be used to measure the water for making coffee and pour it into the lower container of the stove. The coffee powder is filled into the filter, do not press it in, just tap it lightly. Now just screw the pot on the water container and filter and heat on the stove. If bubbling is heard, remove the pot from the hot plate immediately or bitterns may form. When no more noise is heard, the coffee can be served. Unlike the Moka Express (LINK), the Brikka can even be watched during preparation through a hole in the lid as the pot slowly fills with coffee. In addition, the opening supports the formation of the crema.
Coffee for two cups can be prepared in the small brikka. There are extra compatible adapter plates for induction stoves.
