“Cuate Rum 01” is produced in the Caribbean (Barbados, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago) in the traditional distillation process from sugar cane molasses. The slow processing, from the preparation of the mash to the actual rum, guarantees the preservation of as many aromas and flavors as possible.
Finally, “Cuate Rum 01” is aged in old sherry and/or bourbon barrels, giving it its soft, finely balanced character.
Tropical fruity, hints of papaya, green banana and mango. In addition, a clear note of wood barrel aging, with fine sweetness of vanilla.
