They say that all good startup stories began in a garage. That’s exactly how it was with GIMBER! Founder Dimitri used to work as a producer of animated series, his weeks were packed and left little free time. Dimitri did not feel like attending any more events where bad wine or sugary drinks were served.

At this point, Dimitri was looking for a drink that could make all his taste buds bloom without his head spinning for it. He couldn’t find any such drink, so he tried all sorts of combinations and ingredients to develop just the drink he wanted. In November 2017, all these ingredients came together in a miraculously satisfying mix. “I felt like Willy Wonka, only without the crazy kids.”

So Dimitri started and began to create his own personal bottle every weekend. Shortly thereafter, friends urged him to make bottles for them as well. His wife served it to her customers in their decorating business and thus GIMBER became a local success. Some people drove fifty kilometers or more to buy a bottle. In today’s online world, that says a lot about commitment and enthusiasm.

It was not always easy but soon people with a positive mood joined the project and together they built the GIMBER team of today.
